Processing

Orders take 3-4 days to be processed and sent. 

Commissions will have a custom processing time.

Shipping

Cost depends on weight and your Country. You'll see it when updating your shopping cart.

I can offer worldwide standard shipping option with or without a tracking number.

This option has always work great for me but packages can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. All packages are sent from Spain and it takes them up to 4 days for me to prepare and ship them. (I always try to be as fast as possible)

If you are in the USA you can also choose the DHL express shipping that takes up to 5 working days to arrive and it has a tracking number. You can choose that option on the check out. The cost of this service is 22$ no matter the weight or the number of items in your order.

Most countries are already available to order, you will see the shipping cost once you choose the item and your address.

If you live in any country that's not on the list please don`t hesitate to contact me so I can fix it for you.

If you want express shipping and it's not available by default to you country please let me know so I can look into it for you. 

Printful Shipping

By default Printful items are available just in the USA, but if you are in any other place in the world let me know and I'll set it for you. I hope I can set them worldwide soon.

All Printful items (Under the Printful category) are send by the printer and have a separate shipping cost. Shipping will be calculated when you add your items to your basket and you'd set your country. If you buy items both send by me and by them both shipping prices will appear as one but you'll get two different orders.
All print on demand items are not returnable (unless if they had any manufacture problem)

Returns

You can return any item but eye mask and personalized ones. Everything must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging.  Please contact me before sending anything back.
